What hooks?

I waited THREE weeks and no hooks, called to find they were back ordered, but I was not informed of that fact, AND you had no firm date when you would get some more in - SO I cancelled that order - this is the THIRD and LAST time I will order on line from you due to back ordered merchandise- you USED to be reliable for bulk orders -
