The ICE20 Double Ankle Compression Wrap uses real ice instead of gel packs, allowing it to stay colder longer to more effectively reach deep tissue pain and soreness. It is made of a high quality neoprene (latex free) and has adjustable Velcro straps that allow it to stay in place for comfortable, form-fitting therapy. It includes two refillable, removable no-leak 9" ice bags with easy open caps and a durable mesh carry bag.
It can be used on the left or right ankle (inside and outside of ankle). Ice compression therapy provides relief to sore muscles and joints, reduces post-surgical inflammation and swelling, and reduces the need for medication. It provides mobility and stability during treatment.
