These are outstanding snaps that I actually use on a commercial trot line. SS does not rust. Large enough that my old arthritic hands can grab and hold onto. I tie my dropper line to this snap and add a heavy snap swivel at the hook. Makes handling large fish much easier than tiny snaps and also is much safer.

Excellent product, with my old arthritic hands, I use these on my trot line. Much easier to grab and hold on to and land larger catfish.

These clips are great for use in crab traps only after they have been altered to hold the bait. I do this but maybe you should too. I could help with the design. I could send a photo of a converted one.
