Brads of non-corrosive brass are clamped on both sides of swivels to keep dropper lines from sliding up and down main line. Approx. 200 per bag, (3-1/4 oz.).

Speedy Delivery

Although I haven't been able to use the product purchased I will comment on the speedy delivery of the item ordered. I had placed my order on a Wednesday morning right before a winter storm came through and I still received my order the following week on a Tuesday, I had the order shipped confirmation the day after I ordered. Thank you for your fast order processing and the U.S. Mail for the fast delivery.

I have used these before and had some pretty big cats on my line 35# and up and they have never slipped or came off. I will always use them when building a trot line

Great Product

I have been fishing with trot lines since I was in High School. I am 67 years old now. I have been buying my lines. I have not found one I like. So I have been making my own by tying swivel to a line. I wanted a way to run my line through the swivel with out tying knots in the line. I use 300 feet of para cord, 50 large swivels and the brads. I place my swivels 5 feet apart. Works great.

They work....

I trot line fish a lot on the Mississippi River. I build my trot lines with parachute cord for the main line. I use wire splice crimpers to put the brads on. They hold in place really well when the crimpers are used. Once in a while they will slip, but that usually happens when your hung up real hard on something and fighting the current.

Have assembled my trotlines. Was told they hold very well and after seeing their design and assembling a few trotlines they seems like they will work great. Using these stops has allowed me to make custom trotlines for less than the sorting good stores are charging for their generic ones.

These brads held up very well. I caught a thirty pound blue cat utilizing these. They held in place perfectly, even with the 3 hooks beside the one that had the 30 pounder on it, were straighten out by other fish!
